PRC Technologies is not offering or selling PRC Coin at this time. The prior pre-sale phase has concluded, and all direct sales activity has been paused.

PRC Coin was created as a utility token intended for use within a closed-loop student housing environment operated by PRC Technologies and affiliated property-owning entities. PRC Coin was not designed or offered as an investment, and ownership of PRC Coin does not convey any equity interest, profit participation, or governance rights in PRC Technologies or any affiliated entity.

Individuals who previously acquired PRC Coin did so pursuant to their respective purchase agreements. Those agreements, including any applicable limitations on use, transfer, or trading, remain in effect and unchanged.

PRC Technologies continues to focus on the acquisition and operation of student housing assets and the development of the operational systems necessary to support the intended utility use of PRC Coin within that closed-loop environment.

No action is required by existing purchasers. PRC Technologies will provide updates to existing purchasers directly, if and when appropriate.
